Harshel is currently articling with Phypers Law, bringing with him over five years of international experience in the legal field. His journey has taken him through commercial and civil litigation, arbitrations with the chance to appear before many forums, both in India and Canada including the High Court of Mumbai, the Ontario Court of Justice, and various tribunals. Along the way, he has also had the privilege of teaching internationally trained lawyers as they prepared for their Canadian qualifying exams.
What excites him most about practicing law is the chance to work closely with people; using communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving to help them reach the best outcomes. He has a strong passion for writing and enjoys putting that to use through clear and persuasive advocacy on behalf of the clients. He takes a strategic and practical approach, always keeping clients at the center, and focuses on creative solutions to help navigate complex family matters.
Outside of work, you’ll often find him playing the saxophone, spending time outdoors, or writing short stories.
