She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. Before entering the legal profession, Teka built a strong foundation in financial services and software implementation. These experiences strengthened her client-focused approach, organizational skills, and ability to communicate clearly, qualities that continue to shape her work in law.
Teka has experience supporting a senior litigator across criminal, health, and civil matters, including cases involving Indigenous clients and individuals from vulnerable communities. Her work has included drafting and reviewing documents, managing files, coordinating court filings, and communicating with clients throughout the legal process. She is known for her professionalism, careful preparation, and calm, dependable approach.
